These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Paralliam website and photography studio hire services operated by The Munna Co Pty Ltd (ABN 14 660 483 581) ("we", "us", "our"). By using our site or booking our studio, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide self-access photography studio hire at Unit 14, 337 Bay Rd, Cheltenham VIC 3192. Bookings are subject to availability and our booking and cancellation policy (including FlexiBook reschedule terms where applicable).

Booking and Payment

You must provide accurate contact and payment details. Payment is required to confirm a booking. Prices are as stated at the time of booking and include GST where applicable.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Subject to our current policy: rescheduling or cancellation is permitted up to 1 hour before the session start time without fee. Cancellations or no-shows after that may be charged in full. Multi-day and special bookings may have different terms communicated at booking.

Use of the Studio

You must use the studio and equipment in a safe and lawful manner. You are responsible for the conduct of everyone in your party. Damage to equipment or premises beyond normal wear and tear may result in a charge for repair or replacement. We do not offer photography services; you are responsible for your own creative work and insurance as needed.

Intellectual Property

Content on this website (text, images, logos) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it without our written permission. You retain all rights in content you create during your hire.

Privacy

Your use of our site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or studio. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking.

Changes

We may change these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance. For bookings, the terms in effect at the time of booking apply.
