Return & Refund Policy

Paralliam (The Munna Co Pty Ltd, ABN 14 660 483 581) provides photography studio hire services. Because our service is the provision of time in a studio (rather than physical goods), "returns" do not apply in the traditional sense. This policy explains when refunds or credits may be available.
Rescheduling (No Refund Required)
Under our FlexiBook-style policy, you may reschedule your booking to another available date and time at no extra charge, provided you do so at least 1 hour before your session start time. Use the link in your confirmation email or contact us. In that case no refund is needed—your payment is applied to the new time.
Cancel More Than 1 Hour Before Start
If you cancel your booking more than 1 hour before the scheduled start time, we will refund the amount you paid for that booking, minus any non-refundable fees (if any) that were clearly stated at the time of booking. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
Cancel Less Than 1 Hour Before / No-Show
Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the session start time, or failure to attend ("no-show"), are generally non-refundable. We may at our discretion offer a partial credit for future hire in exceptional circumstances (e.g. documented emergency).
Cancellation by Us
If we need to cancel your booking (e.g. emergency, facility issue), we will offer a full refund or a reschedule to a mutually suitable time at no extra cost.
Multi-Day and Special Bookings
Multi-day or custom packages may have different cancellation terms. Those terms will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us with your booking details and reason for the request. We will process eligible refunds in accordance with this policy.
